Snake plants are best in bright, indirect sunlight, even low light can be tolerated by these beauties. Avoid the temptation to over-water, only water when the top third of the soil feels dry. Snake plants are native to Africa, Madagascar and Southern Asia. Sadly, they are toxic to pets, so keep them away from your cat or dog, especially if they are likely to attempt a nibble!
